Where do you ship from?


All orders are shipped from our European studio in Spain.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to:

  • Spain (domestic)
  • All EU countries
  • United Kingdom
  • United States
  • Internationally (Canada, Australia, Middle East, Asia)

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, contact us at support@thekitchenactive.com — we’ll try to make it happen.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please note: shipping times may vary slightly during new product drops or holidays.  

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If you haven’t received it within 2–3 days, check your spam folder or email support@thekitchenactive.com.

Spain (domestic)

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days

European Union

Includes countries like Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Sweden, etc.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days

United Kingdom

Estimated delivery:4–9 business days (Customs can occasionally add a little time.)

United States

Estimated delivery:7–14 business days

Rest of World


Includes Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Asia, and other international destinations
Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days
(Some remote areas may take slightly longer.)

Payments & Discounts
What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and major local payment providers (via Shopify Payments).

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code can be applied per order.

My discount code isn’t working — what should I do?

Double-check expiry dates and minimum order values.
